Job Summary:

The Immunity and Survival National Organization (ISNO) urgently needs one skilled trainer in small business management, small business transactions, and daily and monthly income management. This role is crucial for empowering women and enhancing their economic stability. The goal is to foster self-sufficiency and long-term financial success. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on small business management and transactions.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to women entrepreneurs.
  • Develop training materials and resources tailored to the needs of the participants.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants and adjust training methods as necessary.
  • Assist women in creating and managing daily and monthly income plans.
  • Collaborate with ISNO team members to ensure program effectiveness and success.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in small business management and financial planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross-cultural contexts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
