Survival National Organization)
Introduction
ISNO is committed
to promoting social justice by advancing equity, participation, and fair
access to services for all, particularly women, children, and vulnerable groups
in Afghanistan. This plan outlines our approach to building a just and
inclusive society through local engagement, advocacy, and action.

Objectives
- Promote Gender Equality
Empower women through education, leadership support, livelihood programs,
and increased representation in decision-making processes.
- Ensure Equitable Access to
Basic Services
Support equal access to healthcare, education, economic opportunities, and
vital information for all community members—without discrimination.
- Strengthen Community
Participation
Encourage and support the active involvement of women, people with
disabilities, and marginalized groups in social planning and local
governance.
- Combat Discrimination and
Violence
Raise awareness and provide legal, social, and psychological support to
reduce gender-based violence and discrimination, and to foster respect for
human dignity.
