Social Justice Plan for ISNO

(Immunity and Survival National Organization)

Introduction

ISNO is committed to promoting social justice by advancing equity, participation, and fair access to services for all, particularly women, children, and vulnerable groups in Afghanistan. This plan outlines our approach to building a just and inclusive society through local engagement, advocacy, and action.

Key Objectives

  1. Promote Gender Equality
Empower women through education, leadership support, livelihood programs, and increased representation in decision-making processes.
  2. Ensure Equitable Access to Basic Services
Support equal access to healthcare, education, economic opportunities, and vital information for all community members—without discrimination.
  3. Strengthen Community Participation
Encourage and support the active involvement of women, people with disabilities, and marginalized groups in social planning and local governance.
  4. Combat Discrimination and Violence
Raise awareness and provide legal, social, and psychological support to reduce gender-based violence and discrimination, and to foster respect for human dignity.

Planned Activities

  1. Community-based awareness sessions on human rights and social justice
  2. Gender equality and leadership training for women and youth
  3. Provision of psychosocial and legal support for survivors of violence
  4. Establishment of local monitoring networks to report injustice
  5. Collaboration with local authorities to expand inclusive services

Expected Outcomes

  1. Increased public understanding of social justice principles
  2. Greater representation of women in leadership and decision-making
  3. Reduction in discrimination and violence in ISNO target areas
