Introduction to the Immunity and Survival National Organization (ISNO):

The Immunity and Survival National Organization (ISNO) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization officially registered in Afghanistan on April 23, 2022. ISNO is dedicated to empowering women, supporting vulnerable communities, and fostering sustainable development through a diverse range of humanitarian initiatives.

 Mission & Vision:

ISNO aims to enhance economic opportunities, health, education, and human rights, particularly for women, children, and marginalized populations. Committed to transparency, accountability, and efficiency, ISNO aligns its operations with national laws and international standards to create long-term, impactful solutions for Afghan society.

Core Areas of Work:

1.      Economic Empowerment & Women’s Development: Supporting women entrepreneurs and small businesses through training in business management, income generation, and capacity building.

2.      Community & Humanitarian Support: Providing essential services, including meal distribution and financial assistance for at-risk populations, particularly orphans and families affected by conflict.

3.      Education & Training: Delivering specialized programs on professional skills, financial literacy, and small business management for women, ensuring sustainable economic growth.

4.      Health & Family Well-Being: Promoting a healthy family lifestyle, including respectful relationships and responsible parenting, to strengthen communities.

5.      Gender Equality & Inclusion: Implementing policies that ensure a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory environment, advocating for the rights and dignity of all individuals regardless of gender.

6.      Procurement &Financial Transparency: Maintaining strict financial management and procurement policies to ensure cost efficiency, prevent misuse, and uphold organizational integrity.

7.      Child Protection & Welfare: Addressing the unique challenges faced by orphaned and vulnerable children, striving to provide them with education, healthcare, and economic support.

8.      Travel & Operations Management: Establishing clear travel policies to ensure safety, accountability, and efficiency in project implementation, training programs, and partnership engagements.
