women who successfully learned carpet weaving skills.
ü Each team (three women per group) completed weaving and selling
their first carpets.
ü Beneficiaries transitioned to working from home, purchasing raw
materials with their earnings.

required raw materials, including threads, dyes, and tools, have been provided.
ü Additional training sessions were conducted on health
& hygiene, small business management, women’s rights, human rights, and
family well-being.
ü Training materials, including books and manuals, were
distributed to all participants.
ü Women established direct connections with carpet buyers
and raw material suppliers.
ü Income generated allowed them to continue production
independently.
ü A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed
with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
ü Community donations provided meals to enhance participation and
motivation.
ü The second training group of 27 new beneficiaries has
been identified.
ü Training facilities were prepared with new carpet looms and materials,
set to begin in the following week.
